Following graduation from Waterloo High School in 1981, Mark Aschenbrenner attended Buena Vista and earned a bachelor’s degree in 1993. Furthering his education even more, he earned a Master’s degree from UNO in 1996. Mark is currently a middle school science teacher and has taught in Omaha Public Schools for the past thirty years. Mark has two children, Emma and Ethan, and has one grandchild, Tristan, with another grandson on the way.
