The DC West Schools Foundation works closely with DC West Community Schools staff and administration in identifying special projects that will impact students and teachers throughout the district. Special project funding may include, but not limited to educational program materials, equipment, construction costs, etc.

SCHOLARSHIPS

The DC West Schools Foundation scholarship program was created to provide resources to encourage DC West graduates to pursue education after high school. Scholarship awards are intended to lessen the financial burdens of post-secondary education, including college and vocation programming, so that graduates can pursue the career path of their choice.

GRANTS

The purpose of the Grants program with DC West Schools Foundation is to support and enhance the educational experience of students attending DC West Community Schools. The Foundation encourages teachers to apply for grants that will foster creativity in learning and provide innovative ways to engage students.
